Verification Check

Individual ordered personnel check. Used to verify name, DOB, professional license, education, social security number, or employment background

General Check

Includes selected portions of Verification Checks (Described Above) plus criminal history, driver's license history, and workman's compensation record

Limited Check

Conducted for specific information such as criminal history, or information involving public records investigation

Extended Pre-Employment Investigation

Recommended for use when:

• Candidate will fill a position which requires fiduciary responsibility
• Position requires graduate degree or professional certifications
• Position requires high levels of decision making which affect company performance
